These Terms cover how you can use GymGPT, what you can expect from us, and what we are and aren't responsible for. Please read them before you start training with the app.
Agreeing to these Terms
By using GymGPT, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement and that your info is accurate.
About GymGPT
GymGPT is made by AITC Pty Ltd, based in Sydney, Australia. We provide personalized workout plans, an AI Body Scan, nutrition scanning, an AI coach, and Apple Health integration.
Using the app
We give you a personal license to use GymGPT for your own fitness and wellness, not to resell, copy, or repackage it.
Please don't:
- Try to copy, modify, or extract the app's code
- Use the app for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive
- Access someone else's account
- Interfere with the app's security
- Use our outputs to build a competing service
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and your profile info accurate. If you think your account's been compromised, email support@appgymgpt.com right away.
Subscriptions
Paid features go through Apple's App Store, and subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat. Pricing, billing, trials, and refunds follow Apple's standard policies.
Deleting your GymGPT account doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel that separately in your Apple settings.
AI features & fitness disclaimer
GymGPT uses AI to power workouts, Body Scan, nutrition estimates, and coaching chat.
This is general fitness information, not medical advice. It can be incomplete or not quite right for your situation, and it's not a substitute for a real healthcare professional.
Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition routine, especially if you're pregnant, injured, sick, on medication, or managing a health condition. You use GymGPT's recommendations at your own risk.
Exercise at your own risk
Please listen to your body and train according to your own fitness level, health condition, and limits. Only follow workouts you're physically able to do safely, and stop if something feels wrong.
GymGPT's workouts and recommendations are general suggestions, not a personal assessment of your body or health.
We are not responsible for injuries, harm, or other consequences that result from performing exercises suggested by the app, including from ignoring pain, overexertion, incorrect form, or pre-existing health conditions.
If you're unsure whether an exercise is right for you, check with a healthcare professional first.
Body Scan & Nutrition Scan
Only upload photos of yourself or your own food, not other people, ID documents, or unnecessary personal info in the background.
We process these images only to give you your scan results, as covered in our Privacy Policy.
Results are estimates, not clinical assessments.
Apple Health
If you connect Apple Health, we only access the specific data types you approve. You can disconnect anytime in your device settings.
Your content
You own what you submit: photos, messages, profile info.
You're giving us permission to use it only to run the app, support you, and keep things secure, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our intellectual property
GymGPT's branding, design, and code belong to AITC Pty Ltd. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.
Play nice
Don't harass or impersonate other people, upload illegal content, try to bypass our security or subscription controls, or scrape the app.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Third-party services
GymGPT works with services like Apple, Google, and our other technology partners to run features like sign-in, AI processing, and notifications.
Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for things outside our control.
No guarantees
GymGPT is provided “as is.”
We don't guarantee the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or that every AI output will be accurate or right for you.
Limits on our liability
We're not liable for indirect damages like lost profits or data.
Where the law allows it, our total liability is capped at whichever is greater: what you paid us in the past 12 months, or AUD $100.
This doesn't affect any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that can't legally be limited.
If something goes wrong on your end
If you misuse the app, break these Terms, or upload something you shouldn't have, you agree to cover reasonable costs that causes us, except where the issue was actually our fault.
Closing your account
You can delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete Account.
We may also suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or create risk for others.
Updates to these Terms
We'll update the date at the top when these Terms change, and let you know about anything major.
Using GymGPT after an update means you accept the new Terms, unless the law says otherwise.
Governing law
These Terms follow the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without taking away any consumer rights you're entitled to where you live.
